Quality Assurance Processes, Procedures, and Methodology
In 2004, LabAnswer was awarded the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) maturity level rating of 3 on their Capability Maturity Model (CMM) which demonstrated our quality assurance and the ability to consistently deliver on-time, on-budget and on scope informatics solutions to our clients. Our clients have not necessitated us to maintain this certification; however, we still work according to these standards and methodology.
Project Management Methodology
In addition to our adherence to CMM standards, LabAnswer has also developed an Organizational Standard Project management Methodology (OSPMM), based upon the Project management Institute (PMI) body of knowledge model. Our approach relies heavily on clear oral and written communications, well documented customer requirements and expectations, and solid program plans, taking into account all phases of project management including Project Integration management, Project Scope management, Project Time management, Project Cost management, Project Quality management, Project Human Resource management, Project Communications management, Project Risk management, and Project Procurement management.
